Logging In¶
The login page¶
When you open app.tagfinder.com, you see a dark page with an animated mesh network background. In the center is a card with:
- The TagFinder logo — a cyan-to-blue gradient icon
- The title "TagFinder" in large white text
- The tagline "Real-time Asset Intelligence" in lighter gray below
The main action is a single button:
Sign in with Keycloak — a cyan button that takes you to the authentication screen.
Below the button, two links:
- Create account (bottom-left) — opens the signup page
- Forgot password? (bottom-right) — opens the password reset page
At the very bottom: "© 2026 CargoBeacon. All rights reserved."
White-label organizations
If your organization uses a white-labeled version of TagFinder, you may see a different logo and company name on the login page. The functionality is the same.
Signing in¶
- Click Sign in with Keycloak
- You are redirected to the Keycloak authentication screen
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
- You are redirected back to TagFinder and land on the Dashboard
Tip
If you just verified your email address, you will see a green banner at the top of the login page saying "Email Verified" — you can now sign in.
If authentication fails, a red error message appears on the login page explaining what went wrong (invalid credentials, account not verified, etc.).
Creating an account¶
Click Create account on the login page, or go directly to app.tagfinder.com/signup.
The signup page has a bright purple-to-indigo gradient background with a centered white card. Fill in:

Click Create account to submit.
After successful registration, you see a green confirmation:
Account Created! We've sent a verification email to your-email@example.com. Please check your inbox and click the verification link before signing in.
The page auto-redirects to the login page after a few seconds. Check your email, click the verification link, then sign in.

Already have an account? Click Sign in at the top of the signup page to go back to login.
Forgot password¶
- Click Forgot password? on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Click Send reset link
You see a confirmation:
Check your email If an account exists for your-email@example.com, you will receive a password reset link shortly.
Click the link in the email to set a new password, then sign in as usual.
Tip
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, or try again.
Session management¶
You can view and manage your active sessions under Settings > Account:
- See all devices where you are logged in — each shows the IP address, device type, start time, and last access
- Click Revoke next to a session to log out that specific device
- Click Revoke all to sign out everywhere except your current session
This is useful if you signed in on a shared computer and forgot to log out, or if you suspect unauthorized access.
