Dashboard

After signing in, you land on the Solutions Overview dashboard — your central hub for the entire TagFinder platform.

At the top of the page:

  • "Solutions Overview" — the page title in large white text
  • "Welcome, [Your Name]" — a personalized greeting below the title

The dashboard is organized into three sections: KPI cards, solution module cards, and system status cards.

KPI cards

Four cards at the top of the dashboard give you a system-wide overview. They are arranged in a row (or stacked on mobile):

Monitored Assets Green Assets that have tags assigned and sending data. Shows a subtitle: "N sensors available" — how many unassigned tags you have. Assets page
Active Assets Orange Assets that have reported data recently
Gateways Purple Number of connected gateways Gateways page

Each card shows a large number and a colored accent border. Hover over the ? icon on any card to see a tooltip explaining exactly how the metric is calculated.

Tip

Click Total Assets or Gateways to jump directly to the relevant management page.

Solution modules

Below the KPIs, a grid of cards shows your enabled solution modules. Each card displays:

  • An icon in a colored rounded square (top-left)
  • The module name in bold
  • A short description of what the module does
  • Preview KPIs at the bottom — live values from the module
  • Tag pills — category labels like "Temperature", "Compliance", "kWh"

Click any card to open that module's dedicated dashboard.

The available modules are:

Equipment & Asset Utilization

: Track equipment usage, idle time, and utilization metrics across your fleet. Preview: asset count, utilization percentage.

Real-Time Tracking

: Live positioning for Wirepas, GPS, and BLE devices with zone monitoring. Preview: active assets, zone alerts.

Energy Monitoring

: Industrial energy analytics for PAS800/PowerTag with consumption trends. Preview: today's consumption (kWh), current power (kW).

Cold Chain Monitoring

: Temperature and humidity monitoring for pharma, food, and logistics. Preview: compliance rate (%), excursion count.

Logistics Flow

: Track assets moving between geofences with dwell time analytics. Preview: total assets tracked, assets in buffer, average dwell time.

Safety & Personnel

: Safety dashboards for construction, mining, and manufacturing. This module is hidden by default — your organization admin must enable it.

Enabling modules

Not all modules are visible by default. Your organization admin can enable or disable modules under Settings > Organization > Solutions. Only enabled modules appear on the dashboard and in the sidebar.

Pin your favorites

Hover over any module card to see a pin button. Pinned modules appear at the top of the dashboard for quick access.

System status

At the bottom of the dashboard, three small status cards show the health of your system:

Card What it shows Normal state
System Status Overall platform health "Operational" with a green pulsing indicator
Active Alerts Number of currently triggered alerts "0 alerts" with a green indicator
Data Sync Whether real-time data is flowing "Real-time" with a blue indicator

If any status shows a problem (e.g., "Degraded" or "Delayed"), check your gateway connectivity or contact support.

Responsive layout

On a desktop, the dashboard uses a multi-column layout:

  • KPI cards: 4 columns
  • Solution modules: 3 columns
  • Status cards: 3 columns

On tablets, this reduces to 2 columns. On phones, everything stacks into a single column. The sidebar becomes a slide-out menu accessible via the hamburger icon in the top-left corner.

Time range

When you navigate into a specific solution dashboard (e.g., Cold Chain Monitoring), a time range selector appears in the top-right corner:

  • 24h — last 24 hours
  • 7d — last 7 days
  • 30d — last 30 days
  • 90d — last 90 days

The selected range applies to all charts and metrics on that page.
